Agreement

By creating an account or using PromptAncestry AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address.

Your prompts and content

You own the prompts, test cases and other content you add, and the outputs generated for you. You give us permission to store and process that content only to provide the service.

You confirm you have the right to use any content you submit and that it does not break any law or anyone else’s rights.

AI-generated suggestions

AI analyses, candidate prompts and AI-judge scores are automated suggestions. They can be wrong, incomplete or biased, and they are not proof that one prompt performs better than another.

Results are labeled as measured, manually scored, or AI-assessed. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding which version to use. Only results from your own tests should be treated as evidence.

Acceptable use

Do not use PromptAncestry AI to create illegal, harmful, deceptive or abusive content, to attack or overload the service, or to break the policies of the underlying AI providers.

Usage limits and plans

The service may limit AI analyses, test runs and projects per month. Paid plans may be offered later; any pricing will be shown clearly before you are charged.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. AI features depend on third-party providers and may be unavailable at times.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, PromptAncestry AI is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions.

Ending your use

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by emailing promptancestry@proton.me. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms. Questions about these terms can be sent to promptancestry@proton.me or through www.promptancestry.com.
