Lance Henry is a business professional with a background in healthcare management, talent acquisition, process improvement, and workflow development.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Literature and a master's degree in Healthcare Management from the University of Texas at Dallas.
His professional experience includes solving complex recruiting challenges, developing practical workflows, evaluating competing approaches, and improving processes where accuracy, efficiency, and consistency matter.
His interest in artificial intelligence grew from exploring how emerging technology could simplify complicated work, improve decision-making, and help individuals accomplish more with fewer resources. That interest eventually led to a fundamental question:
